We hope you will come visit us on Sunday morning! The following will give you an idea of what to expect.

What should I wear?

We don’t have a dress code.  On Sunday mornings you’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to dresses and khakis. Most people dress casually, so come as you are!

What should I expect on my first visit

A warm welcome! We are a very friendly church, and we look forward to meeting you! There is generally a greeter or two at the door: please let them know you’re a first-time visitor. Stop by our visitor center for more information about our church.

We do not require first-time visitors to stand or introduce themselves during the service. There is a tear off card in your bulletin; we’d be so grateful if you’d complete it and drop it in the offering box before, during, or after the service.

You will receive a phone call from the Pastor to welcome you to our church and see how we can help you get connected!

How would you describe your worship style?

We believe that worship is a matter of turning our hearts toward God, not a matter of what music is played.  That’s why we enjoy the freedom to choose from a variety of musical styles that will uplift the message from the Word of God each morning. Our worship is contemporary, but we generally include a hymn or two, and sometimes we let our country roots show and bust out the bluegrass.  We hope our music will help you worship and focus on God each Sunday morning.

Do children attend services?

Children worship with their families at 10:00 a.m. until after the offering at which time they are excused for children’s church. Feel free to walk your child back to the classroom. The lessons of the day are presented in an age-appropriate manner through songs, crafts, and Bible stories. The nursery is available for infants-2 years of age at the start of the service.

What is the Wesleyan denomination?

The Wesleyan Church is an evangelical, Protestant denomination. We offer the good news that faith in Jesus Christ makes possible a wonderful personal relationship with God, a holy life empowered by His Holy Spirit for witness and service, and assurance of eternal life in heaven. Our ministries emphasize practical Bible teaching, uplifting worship, and special programs to meet a variety of life needs.

With World Headquarters in Fishers, Indiana, The Wesleyan Church has nearly 400,000 constituents in 5,000 churches and missions in 80 countries of the world. Formed in 1968 with the merger of several like-minded groups, dating back as far as 1843, The Wesleyan Church has its roots in John Wesley’s Methodism.
