- Do we have more faith in our own ability, or in what God can do through us?
- How often is God’s way of doing things not the same as the world’s way?
- Are we more interested in defending ourselves/others or in letting God work through us?
June 5 – Luke 21:1-4
- Can we give something great without it being a sacrifice?
- What is the difference between giving out of our abundance and sacrificial giving?
- What are those things God is calling us to give as an offering that we are holding too tightly?
June 6 – John 6:1-15
- How does being pragmatic lead to our demise sometimes?
- Are we willing to give God all we have, no matter the size or the worth?
- Do we consider Jesus a good teacher or the Son of God?
June 7 – John 12:1-8
- Was Judas’ comment really about serving the poor or about serving self?
- Are we really much different than Judas?
- Do we give our all out of a sense of pride and arrogance, or a sense of humility and grace?
June 8 – Matthew 25:1-13
- How often are we prepared for God to show up, or are we distracted by other things?
- Do we ever blame others for our not being prepared?

- Do we live and respond to life by our rules or God’s rules?
- What are the things we believe that we are willing to die for; and are they really worth dying for?
- Does betrayal always mean that there was some sort of relationship?
